Although we strongly believe that students should travel to and from Band events as a group, we will honor parent requests related to schedule conflicts and emergencies for other transportation. PRINTABLE VERSION

• It is mandatory that an “Independent Travel Form” be filled out and turned in at a minimum of 24 hours before any trip for a student to travel to or from a Band function with a parent after a performance.

• Students are responsible for arranging to transport their instrument and other belongings to or from events.

Parents: When making last-minute decisions regarding personal travel arrangements, please consider the challenges involved in planning and traveling with all the Band students. Keeping track of them is our highest priority and requires detailed organization as part of our trip planning. To help us ensure better organization for the students, please provide advance notice of any travel arrangements.
