Ordering Uniforms and Other Gear

The Band will not be using the traditional uniforms this year because it could present a contamination issue. Therefore, students are going to be required to purchase a polo shirt and khaki shorts. We know khaki shorts can be purchased anywhere; however, purchasing them from one location ensures that all of the shorts are identical and of a school-appropriate length. These are the only two required items that will need to be purchased. All other items, such as the water jug, dry fit shirt, etc., are optional and can be purchased later.

Band fees are being divided between the 1st and 2nd semesters because we are not sure of what the students will be able to participate in. We will revisit the second amount in December and hopefully get that to you by January. At this time, the fee for the 1st Semester is $125.00. You can pay through the website (under Store) or through our Treasurer, Lynn Baker. Please feel free to email her at kparkbbtreasurer@gmail.com to set that up as soon as possible.

We are asking all forms and payments (whether full or partial) be ordered or brought to the school no later than Wednesday, September 9. Please remember, school employees are not allowed to handle money at all. If you would like to send the money with your child, please make sure that the form (completely filled out) and money are in a sealed, labeled envelope with the student’s name on it. All checks can be made out to KPBand Boosters.
